Automatic refunds

Custom commissions refund automatically if the creator misses the delivery deadline, or if they decline. No fee on refunds. Bounties are a second feature — group commission, not an investment.

Custom commissions

Non-delivery by the deadline: full refund, no arbitration. Creator decline: same. After delivery, the buyer has 3 days to accept or dispute. Silence releases payment to the creator. A dispute is split against the brief recorded at funding. Fee only if the creator receives money, and only on their share.

When the bounty funds

One goal for the whole bounty. If the total is at or above that goal at the deadline, the highest-funded scene is what gets made. The entire pot is that commission — losing-scene dollars stay in. Winning-scene backers get the set; losing-scene backers do not. Money stays held until the 3-day window after delivery.

When the goal is missed

If the bounty is still under the goal at the deadline (including overtime), it closes with no production obligation. All backing refunds itself 24 hours after resolution.

When it isn’t delivered

Each bounty states a production window in days after funding. If the creator does not mark the set delivered in that window, every backing refunds itself. Money is never released.
